Are the books available for purchase in physical printed form anywhere? I read Ancient Enemy and quite liked it, and I would like to read the followup novels as well. However, I do not like ebooks and will not read them that way. If the followup books are available in printed format I will happily buy all 3 of them, I see they are not on Amazon but do you have a personal site you sell them from or anything?.
